Joe is exceptional is his knowledge and ability to repair a very complex system that was installed incorrectly back in the 2000s. He diagnosed the many problems and supervised the repairs to have all issues resolved. He is a pleasure to have in our home. My air conditioner went out. I had two estimates to get it fixed. It was still under warranty. The first company said the capacitor was bad and the fan needed to be replaced. It would cost $1008. Heads came out, excellent serviceman. Checked everything out thoroughly said the capacitor was bad. Replaced it right away.Cost was $0. Asked about getting a new unit which the first company suggested might be a good idea and Heads said wait cause new units were coming out next year with better refrigerants.Definitely wasn’t trying to sell me something to make money. On a scale of one to ten I’d give Heads a twelve.

I would like to start off with how things happens unexpectedly. I been without heat for two weeks now. I’m thinking wow I don’t know what to do . So I look on my heating unit and it’s says it was installed by Head’s Heating & Air Conditioning. So I gave them a call a couple of days ago and they worked me in fast. Mr. Joe Miller came out today and did a thorough check on my unit. When I tell you he was so professional I was so Impressed. He sat me down and when I said didn’t sugarcoat anything he didn’t. Told me the problem, prize and options. By the look on my face he knew I was speechless that’s when he discussed payments plan. When I tell you he was so patient and Professional it brought tears to my eyes. For him to stay there with me until I was so comfortable with him knowing they were going to take care of me was priceless. He will be back in the morning to install a Brand New System That Is Well Over Do. I Thank You Mr. Joe Miller From The Bottom Of My Heart. Thank You For Going Above And Beyond For Me And My Family You Are Greatly Appreciated And I Will Recommend You And Your Company To All My Family And Friends. Such A Life Saver.

Joe was very professional. He went the extra mile by identifying the unit was miswired. The unit was only using the emergency heat instead of using the heat pump. Using emergency heat exclusively, will significantly increase your heat bill. I’m sure Joe saved us some money in the long run, and just in time for the winter. I’m pleased with the service that Head’s provided. Keep up the good work.

He got the unit back up and running plus he advised me of problems that I was having and would continue to experience if I didn’t take steps to correct it. He walked me through the options available to get a new unit, and set the process in action when I made my decision.

A gentleman named Artie Singleton came and diagnosed what was wrong with my ac. Took the time and got my ac blowing cold again. Thank goodness it was nothing major, he took the time after to show me what to look for next time we have anymore issues. We will definitely use again if needed and request Artie.

I called Head's when my ac started making noise. Kyler came out that night and diagnosed the problem. He was able to put an emergency part in until the correct part was ordered. Once the part came in Joe came install it and everything is working fine.

Looking forward to a professional, neat installation.10/18/2023:Yesterday I had a new 4-ton unit installed by a 3-man crew: Brandon Haulcomb, Doug and T.J. They did an excellent job and were so neat and tidy as they worked. As usual, for Head's employees, they explained what they were doing as they went along and helped me set up the new thermostat to my preferences. They didn't leave until I was ready to use the new equipment on my own. They never acted like they were in a hurry to leave ... absolutely customer oriented and wanted me to be pleased.Thanks again to Head's for another job well done!

Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year which happened to fall on a Sunday. I gave Heads a call that morning and Joe Miller was at our house within an hour and half. He had it fixed and cold air blowing within 30 minutes. These guys are awesome. Highly recommend.
